As the clean up begins in our wonderful region, we would firstly like to extend our deepest condolences to everyone that’s been affected by the flooding.

This devastating event has brought out the best in the Townsville people and seeing the way our community has banded together to help one another is nothing short of inspiring. It makes us proud to be North Queenslanders.

While our hearts may be broken, our spirit isn’t. We will bounce back in true Queensland fashion.

Many of you have lost irreplaceable things in this last week and while a new car may be at the bottom of your priorities list, when the time comes to replace it, we want to help.

It is estimated that over 5000 vehicles will be written off in Townsville due to the flooding and we are offering our services completely free of charge for anyone needing to replace their flood damaged vehicles.

This service will include assistance with your insurance claims and sourcing you a new replacement vehicle.

Negotiating with a car dealership is probably the last thing you want to be doing, so let us do it for you.

These won’t be our regular group buys, this is a no frills, priority service for single vehicles with the focus on getting you back on the road as quickly and as painless as possible.

To be eligible for the free service, the damaged vehicle must be registered in one of the following suburbs:

  • Idalia
  • West End
  • Annandale
  • Rosslea
  • Gulliver
  • Mundingburra
  • Hermit Park
  • Hyde Park
  • Railway Estate
  • Pimlico
  • Oonoonba

If your vehicle isn’t registered in one of these suburbs but was lost to the floods, please still contact us and we may be able to assist you.

This offer is also extended to small businesses in those suburbs that have lost work vehicles to the floods.
